How do I care for my garment?
Hand-wash cold, inside out, and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, and do not iron directly over the artwork.
What is your sizing?
Made-to-order designs are available in sizes S–4X. Check the size chart before ordering, and contact OFF RECORD if you are unsure which size to choose.
How long does a custom take?
Custom commissions typically take 4-8 weeks. We review all requests thoroughly before confirming payment to ensure the final piece meets our high standards of handmade artistry.
Are there returns or exchanges?
Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale. Review the design, garment type, size, and shipping details carefully before ordering.
Where are the garments made?
Our garments are created in our underground streetwear lab. We use traditional techniques like bleaching, painting, and distressing to create pieces that celebrate imperfection.
